Three Masked Peeps Productions ("3MaskedPeeps") is a newmedia company that, among other things, builds and manages online communities for some of your favorite entertainment destinations and shows ("3MaskedPeeps Sites"). Through a combination of cutting-edge technology and entertainment, 3MaskedPeeps members and users become an integral part of the entertainment experience.

3MaskedPeeps is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We also want to provide you with a more rewarding Internet experience by making the entertainment and advertising content you see on our 3MaskedPeeps Sites (collectively, the "Services") relevant to you. Your loyalty as a visitor or a Member (i.e., an individual who signs up for access to certain exclusive areas on one or more 3MaskedPeeps Sites) is important to us, and we hope that our policies regarding your privacy, (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy"), demonstrate our commitment to making your 3MaskedPeeps Site experience enjoyable. This Privacy Policy applies to all 3MaskedPeeps Sites (unless a different policy is provided on a particular 3MaskedPeeps Site, in which case such policy shall control) and to the 3MaskedPeeps corporate website.

The information we gather. Although many parts of the Services do not require you to be a Member (and you can use them without submitting any "personally identifiable information," that is, information that identifies you as an individual, e.g., name and address), some areas--such as participation in our shows, contests or sweepstakes, chat areas, bulletin boards, certain promotional contests, and other specialized sections of the 3MaskedPeeps Sites--do require registration and/or your submitting personally identifiable information. In order to become a Member, individuals are required to provide us with an e-mail address and a unique user name and password, as well as certain other personally identifying information, such as the Member's name, address, and other similar information. 3MaskedPeeps also collects non-personally identifiable information (that is, information that does not identify a specific individual), such as certain demographic information for the Services, for both visitors and Members. We collect such non-personally identifiable information in part through the use of "cookies"--that is, small text files placed on your computer's hard drive--and other technology. Collecting this information helps us streamline your experience on the Services--for example, by remembering who you are or "automatically" filling out forms for you. You hereby agree that 3MaskedPeeps shall have the right to collect and use your information (or to authorize others to collect and use your information) as set forth in this Policy.

3MaskedPeeps may use a third party to serve the advertisements on our Site. Please note that our ad serving provider or advertisers and their designees, as well as other third parties, may collect information about you through cookies or other technologies when they serve advertisements through the Services or when you visit their Website(s). Additionally, the Services contain links to other third party websites, including co-branded or other affiliated sites which may or may not be owned or operated by or in conjunction with 3MaskedPeeps. We do not monitor or control the information collection or privacy practices of any third parties, and are not responsible for their practices or the content of their websites, including their use of any information (such as IP address, browser type, or operating system) collected when visitors or Members "click through" links to their sites or view advertisements served by them. We encourage you to become familiar with their privacy practices, and to contact such third parties if you have any questions about their respective privacy policies.

3MaskedPeeps does not allow or encourage unauthorized third parties to copy any portion of the Sites and Services. However, you may still find content from a 3MaskedPeeps Site or Service (and/or featuring 3MaskedPeeps logos or Site-specific graphics) on a third party website. 3MaskedPeeps is only affiliated with the entities with links on the 3MaskedPeeps Sites and is not responsible for any content, information collection, or privacy practices of third parties who have copied or are using any portion of the Site or Services.

For younger visitors and their parents. The 3MaskedPeeps Sites and Services are not directed toward children (individuals under thirteen years of age). We do not permit registration or use of the 3MaskedPeeps Sites or Services by anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. In particular, if you are under 13 years of age, you should not provide any personally identifiable information to any site on the Internet without the knowledge and permission of your parent or guardian.

How we use (and do not use) the information we gather.

1. How we use (and do not use) non-personally identifiable information: We use non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful Services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our visitors and Members, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the Services. We may provide statistical information based on this data to our current and future entertainment and sponsorship partners.
2. How we use (and do not use) personally identifiable information: Please note that 3MaskedPeeps reserves the right to disclose information submitted by or concerning any visitor or Member as we reasonably feel is necessary to protect our systems or business. Specifically, but without limitation, we reserve the right to disclose such information when a visitor or Member is in violation of our Terms of Use or other published guidelines, or engages (or is reasonably suspected of engaging) in any harmful, infringing or illegal activity; any threatening or abusive behavior; any manipulation of the Site or Services. You hereby agree that we may disclose such information in connection with such events and/or concerns, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order, and that we may disclose such information in response to court and governmental orders, civil subpoenas, discovery requests, and as otherwise required by law, as well as in response to allegations of infringement, requests from our Internet Service Provider, or as we feel may be required to protect the Services, 3MaskedPeeps, our visitors and Members, or other third parties. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and other third parties in identifying those who may be using our servers or services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal or inappropriate activity to law enforcement or other third parties for investigation or prosecution, or to suspend or terminate your membership in connection with any suspected illegal, infringing, or inappropriate activity.

Subject to the foregoing, 3MaskedPeeps uses your personally identifying information in several ways:

• to customize various aspects of the Services to your preferences;
• to determine which advertisements or sponsor messages will be served to your browser;
• to send Service announcements and updates (most often related to our entertainment properties, contests, or sweepstakes);
• to send you certain product announcements, and other third party materials that we feel may be of interest to you (you may "opt out" of receiving these materials, as provided below); and
• as may be necessary to support the operation of the Services.

3MaskedPeeps may disclose your personally-identifiable information to third parties as follows:

• to our current and future entertainment and sponsorship partners;
• to our contractors and consultants, and professional advisors (such as attorneys or accountants), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, and only under reasonable disclosure restrictions; and
• in other ways permitted by and described in this Policy.

Keep in mind that, while 3MaskedPeeps encourages all third party partners, sponsors and advertisers to adhere to our policies regarding the privacy of our visitors and Members and to otherwise handle personal information in a responsible manner, we cannot and do not assume any responsibility for any actions of third parties, including their use of information received either from 3MaskedPeeps through the 3MaskedPeeps Sites or independently.

"Opting Out." As mentioned above, you may choose to "opt out" of receiving promotional materials from 3MaskedPeeps and/or its affiliates, advertisers, or other business partners. You may "opt out" of receiving promotional information from 3MaskedPeeps and/or from third parties affiliated with 3MaskedPeeps at any time by contacting us at [info@3maskedpeeps.com], or by checking any "opt-out" boxes that may be provided during the registration process. You may also contact third parties directly.

Note that, because 3MaskedPeeps will occasionally need to send you certain email messages that are important to your use of the Services, such as system status updates or order confirmations, you will not be able to "opt out" of receiving such messages.

Disclosure of Handles and Postings. The username you select or are provided with upon registration with any 3MaskedPeeps Site (your "Handle") is deemed non-personally identifiable information. Your Handle may be published on the Site and may be disclosed to others, including, without limitation, to the public at large, and to any third parties with whom 3MaskedPeeps elects to share such information. In addition, if you include your name or any other personally identifying information in any material transmitted or posted on public areas of the Site or Services (such as bulletin boards, chat rooms, and the like), such information will be published on the Site and will be disclosed to other Users of the Site and to other third parties who may have access to or otherwise see a display of such information. You hereby release, waive any claims against, and hold harmless 3MaskedPeeps from and against any and all claims relating to such disclosure, sharing, or publication.

Surveys and Questionnaires. Occasionally, 3MaskedPeeps may conduct surveys or questionnaires as part of the entertainment experience, to better deliver content and/or to better understand your needs relating to the Services. We will not share your survey or questionnaire information with any third party, except in aggregate form.

Sweepstakes and Contests. An integral part of the 3MaskedPeeps entertainment experience is your active participation, such as when we sponsor contests and sweepstakes, or other promotions, or third parties sponsor such promotions in conjunction with us, either we or the third party will post relevant privacy information in the official rules, and/or in the registration area or another area on the relevant 3MaskedPeeps Site for the sweepstakes, contest, or promotion. That privacy information, to the extent it conflicts with this Policy, will govern that particular promotion, contest, or sweepstakes--please remember to read it carefully, and good luck.

Security. 3MaskedPeeps operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security practices and policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. You are ultimately responsible for the security of your Member Name and password. If you have to write it down, please keep your Member Name separate from your account password.

Changing or deleting personal information. You may view and change certain personally identifiable information by logging in to the Services with your user name and password, and through the "Update Profile" option available through any of our 3MaskedPeeps Sites, or by sending an email to info@3maskedpeeps.com, and we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within 3MaskedPeeps databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain such personally identifiable information, and which may or may not be shared with our entertainment or sponsorship partners. 3MaskedPeeps will not use residual information for commercial purposes; however 3MaskedPeeps reserves the right, from time to time, to re-contact former users of 3MaskedPeeps.

Revisions to Policy. Please note that, by using the Services and/or visiting the 3MaskedPeeps Sites, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Services. 3MaskedPeeps may change or amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised Policy. Your continued use of the Services subsequent to changes to this Policy will mean that you accept the changes; therefore, please bookmark this page and review it frequently.
