Adam Giagni - Co-Founder

As an infant, Adam Giagni was taken by his mother and placed in a wicker basket. She set him adrift in the raging Los Angeles river in the hopes that a better life would find him. Ironically, he ended up back on her door step three days later with a warning from the city regarding improper disposal of trash in afore mentioned river. Growing up, Adam was drawn to the arts hoping to escape the endless beatings he suffered at the hands of the neighborhood bully, Lisa Thompson. Finishing out his 18-month sentence in juvenile hall for his so called "story," Adam set out to discover America and the world.

Disappearing for roughly 3 years, he turned up amongst a large group of Chinese immigrants seeking asylum in New Jersey. (Realizing that they had landed in Jersey most of the immigrants returned home citing the basic fact, that anything was better than the Garden State.) Choosing to return to America and swearing never to discuss his travels, no man should have to relive that, Adam settled in Los Angeles to begin his writing career.

Shortly after arriving, Adam was offered a coordinator position in the NBC Entertainment Publicity office. Working closely with high profile actors, executive producers/writers (such as Gavin Polone, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Lawrence O’Donnell, etc) and network executives. In order to continue broadening this understanding of the industry, Adam transitioned from his position as a press manager for NBC to work in drama development at UPN and later The CW.

In 2008, he produced and wrote the web series The wReplacements with Emma Haag and Lisa McTigue creating an exciting new partnership and their company 3MP Productions.

Adam was a semi-finalist in the America Accolade screenwriting contest and was among the top 5 percent of applicants for the 2007-08 Warner Bros. Writing program. He graduated from Syracuse University, with a BA Journalism. Adam is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
